What is the role of a Chief of Staff?
The Chief of Staff (CoS) role is responsible for providing strategic support to an organization's leadership. This may sometimes be directly in support of one individual (i.e., Chief of Staff to the CEO), or a broader executive team.

The role of a Chief of Staff can vary depending on the organization, but some common responsibilities include:
